We welcome fitness walkers and racewalkers of all ages to join us. Membership dues are $15.00 for an individual and $20.00 for a family ( any size).		In addition, you may order a club T-shirt or Coolmax racing singlet. These are offered to our members at our cost. The club does not make a profit on the sale of these items. Current members may order these by contacting Club Pres. Chuck McLaughlin for specific order information.
While they last, all new and renewing members will receive a free club fanny-pack with drink bottle holder. These 3 compartment packs commemorate our 20 years of fun and fitness!! A Unique Race Format

We are most fortunate to have the enthusiastic support
of Track Shack, Central Florida's premiere running and walking headquarters. They manage the majority of footraces which are held throughout the year in this
central area of Florida.
Years ago, Track Shack created a "Walking Division" within most of the races. The
members of our club participate fully in these races
and race-sponsor awards are given to the top 3 male
and female walkers. You do not have to be a registered club member to be eligible for an award. All visitors
are welcome to join in and have fun.

Racewalkers and Fitness Walkers of all ages are encouraged to participate in all the various races, so
come join us and walk at your own pace!
Most races have a delayed start for Walkers.

We do our own timing and scoring at each race and the results are provided to Track Shack for the awards ceremony.

In addition, we designate a number of races throughout the year as club "Grand Prix" races. Points from these competitive races are tallied throughout the year for awards given at our annual

Awards Dinner
held in the Spring.

State Racewalk Championships

Each Spring our club hosts a statewide championship racewalk with male and female entrants from throughout Florida under the auspices of USA Track & Field. In addition, we also incorporate a special youth 5K State Championship Racewalk for boys and girls between 8 and 18 years of age. Often a Southeast Championship division is also offered within this race for walkers outside of Florida.
